For more than twenty-five years, Bernie has been helping organizations improve performance throughout the United States and many other parts of world. He is the author of several books, magazine articles and professional papers concerning employee involvement, participative management and total quality. He was among the first to be certified by Dr. Edward de Bono to teach Lateral Thinking®, the Six Thinking Hats® method, and Direct Attention Thinking Tools® (DATT). Bernie is one of only four Lifetime Master Trainers in the world and is authorized to certify others on Dr. de Bono's behalf
